Recutr is not another chat window. It is a document pipeline with a review desk, built to return hours to your finance team.
The Work We Remove
Opening attachments, rekeying vendors and totals, checking for duplicates, matching POs, and chasing approvals. Recutr takes the repetitive layer and leaves your team the judgment call.
The Time You Get Back
At 500 invoices a month, three minutes saved per invoice is 25 hours a month. That is 300 hours a year, or seven and a half working weeks. At 1,000 invoices, the same saving is 600 hours a year.
[hours_returned]
Illustrative assumptions. Even one minute saved per invoice at 500 invoices a month is 100 hours a year.
Scribe
The agent that drafts each record after Sift classifies the document: vendor, dates, currency, line items, totals.
Proof
A second pass re-reads every record against its source. Doubts are flagged before they reach you.
Trace
Source file, page, model run, and raw JSON stay attached to the record.
*every step on the record: file, page, agent, human
Built For Sign-Off
Nothing posts on its own word. Low confidence, duplicates, and flagged reviews wait for a human. Every approval or rejection, with its reason, lands in the audit trail.
Before the reviewer runs, Recutr replaces names, addresses, emails, phones, bank details, tax IDs and document references with placeholders. Amounts, dates, currency and line items stay intact so it can still check the arithmetic. The mapping stays local, and no page images go to the reviewer.
